Goswin de Stassartstraat 153, 2800 Mechelen • www.kazernedossin.eu

Kazerne Dossin tells the story of the Belgian case of the Holocaust. More than 25,000 people were deported from Mechelen to Auschwitz-Birkenau. Stories, testimonies and pictures guide you through the 1940s and bear witness to the discrimination and later the deportation of Jews. In this emphatic place of remembrance, the Kazerne Dossin dissects the mechanisms behind the violation of human rights, in the past and present.
