Fancy a fun excursion? On our domain there is a large pond with a surrounding path of 2.5 km. In summer you can enjoy the the delimited area for a swim. Children up to and including 12 years can have fun in our new playground. For sports and games, there is a large playing field and a exercise bench. Do you prefer it slightly quieter? On the beach or the sunbathing lawn you can chill out or have a picnic.

Domain Bovy is a gem, grand in its simplicity. In the vast 34-hectare hiking park, you can enjoy nature for free and indulge your taste buds in an atmospheric bistro or on a sun-drenched terrace. Located within De Wijers, this is a region with a rich cultural history. At Domain Bovy, children are the boss. They can romp around our playground, go on a discovery trip with Martin the Kingfisher or will be amazed on the Hare Trail or entrust their greatest secrets to the CosmoGolem. There is plenty of walking routes in and around Domain Bovy as there are 3 shorter loops across the domain. Set off and discover the hidden gems of Domain Bovy. And we have not mentioned our animal park yet. Our animals live like God in France. Together with De Winning, we have created an animal park that looks forward to your visit. On the estate you will find a dog-walking meadow, where our faithfulfour-legged friends can romp to their heart's content. Domain Bovy is also an ideal departure point for hikers and bikers.

Enjoy a treasured swathe of pristine heathland, an authentic remnant of the Kempen landscape. Discover the colourful interplay of heathland, sand plains and coniferous and deciduous woods. Children can come and play to their heart's content in the forest playground. There’s nothing more delightful than being allowed to roll in the leaves or build a camp with branches.

Adventure and fun guaranteed on the Barefoot Path! Clamber on the suspension bridge, enjoy stunning views from the lookout tower, plod in the mud pools and walk through the refreshing mountain stream. And there is even more! Visitor centre Lieteberg, the gateway to the Hoge Kempen National Park, takes you into the wonderful world of buzzing bees, fluttering butterflies and other ticklish insects in the insect museum 'Entomopolis' and the Butterfly Garden. Finish with a honey beer, delicious Limburg flan or ice cream on our cosy terrace!

Adventure and relaxation among the greenery of a welcoming recreation area with a free adventurous playground. Petting zoo, go-kart track, outdoor swimming pool, trampolines, and since 2021 a new adventure mini golf course.

The Zwin Nature Park is an international airport for birds and a top attraction on the Belgian coast. Its visitor centre includes a huge interactive exhibition, a park with experiences and activities for the whole family, and an observation centre with a gorgeous view of the Zwin plain. You surely won't want to miss out on all this!

Have your admission ticket ready, check in and get ready for an amazing trip. The Zwin’s migratory birds take you on fascinating journeys to distant destinations. Take the challenge and follow ‘your’ bird’s movements, overcome dangers of all kinds in the ‘danger cockpit’ during your flight, and hatch eggs using the warmth of your hands. Find out all about the Zwin birds and their migration at the permanent all-weather interactive exhibition in the visitor centre, on the cabin trail and on the unique Zwin plain. Visit our panoramic tower with splendid views of the Zwin plain, the Zwin dunes, the polders... and even the sea. And don’t miss the observation centre! Whatever the weather, you’ll have a fantastic view of the Zwin plain, a unique natural area with mudflats, tidal marshes and the bird islands.

Near Brussels is one of the most beautiful, green oases in our country: the two-century-old Meise Botanic Garden.The Botanic garden is a feast for the senses, different every day and every season at its most beautiful! Add some wonder to your walk and discover 20,000 species of plants from all over the world in a magnificent 92-hectare estate. In the Plant Palace you will discover giant water lilies, carnivorous plants and cacti, and experience the astonishing diversity of the plant kingdom. The beautiful English landscape park provides the ideal setting for our collections of magnolias, hydrangeas, rhododendrons, maples ... The WOODlab introduces you to all the surprising characteristics of wood. Throughout the year we organize exhibitions in the beautiful Castle of Bouchout where you get a fantastic view from the panoramic roof. A fun GPS treasure hunt leads you to the most beautiful spots in the park.

Children can play hide-and-seek in the mysterious willow tunnels, go on a scavenger hunt with King Amaryllo, cross over to the Island Garden by raft, or walk barefoot through the ‘Amaze your feet’-Path! In the cozy KAWA coffee barabar or Orangery Restaurant with its charming terrace you can enjoy a snack or a drink.

De Schorre is a beautiful recreation park where you can walk or cycle through peaceful nature and along beautiful ponds. It is home to a vibrant conference centre and numerous fun events such as Putteke Winter and Theatre aan Twater. Brave the Barrefoot path and the via ferrata or go cycling through water
and play miniature golf. At De Schorre, we have something for everyone.

At a stone's throw from the city of Mechelen you can find Urban Parc Vrijbroek, a dynamic and surprising place with a lot of things to do: extensive plant collections in the rose and summer gardens, an impressive bridge over the large park pond, quiet green areas, space for sports and games, events and workshops, ...
